Have a stalled enterprise review?

Tell us where the deal stands. Book a call, or simply ask a question and send a short description of the situation.

What exactly is DiligenceOps?

DiligenceOps helps B2B SaaS companies navigate enterprise security reviews, vendor assessments, third-party risk assessments (TPRM), procurement reviews, and related buyer due diligence. We provide buyer-side perspective, practical recommendations, and—when needed—ongoing coordination to help keep enterprise reviews moving forward.

Is this a done-for-you service?

Not exactly.

DiligenceOps is designed to support your existing team, not replace it. We assess your current review, provide practical recommendations, and, when included, coordinate follow-up activities to help keep the review moving forward. Your team remains responsible for business decisions, customer relationships, and implementing technical changes.

How does DiligenceOps fit alongside our existing team?

We work alongside your sales, security, GRC, engineering, and procurement teams. Our role is to provide buyer-side perspective, prioritize the work that matters most, and help coordinate activities when additional support is needed.

Can you help if we've already submitted our security questionnaire?

Yes.

Many organizations engage DiligenceOps after a questionnaire has already been submitted. We can review the buyer’s feedback, identify opportunities to strengthen responses, and help prepare for follow-up questions or additional evidence requests.

Can you help before we receive a questionnaire?

Absolutely.

Preparing before the first enterprise review often reduces future delays. We can review your current documentation, Trust Center, security posture, and readiness before an active assessment begins.

Can you support multiple vendor assessments at the same time?

Yes.

Many organizations manage multiple enterprise reviews simultaneously. We’ll recommend the engagement that best fits your current workload, priorities, and review activity

How quickly can an engagement begin?

Most engagements can begin shortly after the initial conversation. Expedited engagements are available for organizations working against time-sensitive buyer deadlines.

How do you communicate during an engagement?

Every engagement establishes a primary point of contact and a communication approach that fits your existing workflow. Depending on the engagement, communication may include meetings, email, shared documentation, and regular progress updates.

What if we don't have a Trust Center?

That’s perfectly fine.

Many growing organizations are still developing their customer-facing security documentation. We can review your current materials and recommend practical improvements that strengthen buyer confidence while supporting future enterprise reviews.

What if we need technical implementation help?

Our primary role is assessment, recommendations, and—when included—coordination. If specialized implementation support is needed beyond the scope of the engagement, we’re happy to recommend trusted professionals who can help.

How do I know which engagement is right for us?

You don’t have to decide before contacting us.

We’ll spend a few minutes learning about your current situation, review timeline, and objectives before recommending the engagement we believe is the best fit.

Do you communicate directly with buyers?

When appropriate and agreed upon as part of the engagement, we can support buyer communications and help prepare responses to questions and requests. The exact approach depends on your organization’s preferences and the scope of the engagement.

Are you software?

DiligenceOps is a professional service delivered by experienced practitioners. We work alongside your existing people, processes, and tools rather than replacing them.
